Myofascial Release
Learn to identify and free fascial restrictions using advanced techniques. This course will emphasize the importance of fascial layering and fascial freedom as it applies to human structure and chronic pain. Students will learn new and distinct techniques to free fascial restrictions while developing a new sense of depth of touch and awareness. Manual provided. Sheets required.

Massage Mechanics and Positioning
This course will emphasize proper body mechanics and feel while using forearms, loose fists, elbows, knuckles, and hands; keys to career longevity and excellent touch. Creative client positioning with variations on side-lying and supine, as well as seated. Massage mechanics and positioning can both elevate and differentiate your practice from others in the field as well as provide you with creative and mechanically sound options which enhance and extend your career. Full manual provided. Sheets required.

Deep Myofascial Massage (Deep Tissue)
Focusing on the deeper muscle structures in the body, this course will emphasize safe, gentle, and effective ways of releasing contracted or restricted deep tissue throughout the body. The student will learn to work smarter rather than harder while working through deep muscle and fascia while developing tools to work gently on even your most sensitive clients. Creative mechanics and positioning will be applied. (note: disregard TMCC’s prerequisite requirements). Manual provided. Sheets required.
